About Us

Arts, culture, and heritage are integral to society, playing a major role in the development of a community. The Campbell River Community Arts Council (CRCAC) has been a vital force in Campbell River since 1970. Since then the Arts Council has initiated a number of community partnerships aimed at fostering creative, sustainable programming. Currently our programs include: Bursary Program, Art and Health Initiative, Youth Image Program, Banner Project, Writer’s Series and the New Media Festival. The Arts Council consists of individual members, member groups, a volunteer Board that oversees the Council’s operations, and a permanent part-time Executive Director and part-time Office Manager. New members are welcome, and we invite you to join us. For more information visit our website at www.crarts.ca
